Talent Sourcing: The grassroots approach to finding candidates
Our Regional Outreach Strategy for Talent Identification
To connect rural talent with meaningful job opportunities, we plan to implement a regional approach across Tamil Nadu. Initially, we will focus on four key regions: Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore and Madurai.
Targeting 316 Taluks
Tamil Nadu has approximately 316 Taluks, and our goal is to identify at least one resource in each Taluks who will actively engage with the local community to identify potential job seekers.
Local Resource Identification
These local representatives will be responsible for gathering profiles of talented individuals, ensuring we have access to the best candidates in each region. By working directly within each Taluk, we can tap into the vast pool of untapped talent.
College Campus Interviews
We connect with colleges (Engineering, Arts & Science, ITI and Polytechnic) and Universities across Tamil Nadu, conducting on-campus interviews to identify fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers and make a meaningful impact.
Voluntary Applications
We encourage individuals to submit voluntary applications directly, enabling us to identify motivated job seekers who are actively seeking new opportunities.
Advertisements
We post targeted advertisements across platforms, ensuring that job openings reach diverse candidates, especially in regions with high demand for talent.
